We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store right away. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email or text one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. From now on, all returns will be handled in one of these two easy ways:
Exchange it for something you love, OR
Receive a gift card or store credit for the amount of your return to use anytime!
+ Please bring your receipt of proof of purchase.
+ Items shall be in original condition, with tags and packaging.
+ Returns must be made within 30 days from original purchase date.
+ Some items (like clearance, personalized, or used products) are final sale.
